The Bestiary Shelf
Curated by Professor Sable Rookmere
Welcome to the Bestiary Shelf. The volumes here are gathered from the Bestiary Hall, where the castle keeps its creature records — every beast and being in the class, followed from its first written record to its modern face.
On the Shelf
No volume stands here yet — by design. The Bestiary's first book is being written now, entry by entry, by the scholars of the class. When their bestiaries are complete, the entries will be gathered, printed, and placed on this shelf as the school's Bestiary, with a blank scholar's edition beside it for the next keeper. Until the book arrives, the living records stand open in the Hall.
