Terms of Service

By using the School of Evershade website, you agree to use the site and its content respectfully and lawfully.

All artwork, illustrations, downloads, written content, branding, classroom materials, and educational resources are the property of the School of Evershade unless otherwise stated.

Digital products and downloadable materials are intended for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, copied for commercial use, or reposted without permission.

While the School of Evershade explores real educational topics, historical studies, and creative activities, the world, faculty, characters, and setting of Evershade are fictional and created for immersive storytelling purposes.

Some illustrations on this site were created with the assistance of AI image tools. They are decorative. Evershade's lessons begin with the founder's ideas and research, are drafted with the help of AI tools, and are reviewed and fact-checked before they reach the site.

The School of Evershade is not responsible for how visitors choose to use educational information, crafts, recipes, or suggested materials featured throughout the site. Visitors should use reasonable judgment and follow appropriate safety precautions when attempting projects or activities. Young scholars should work with adult supervision, especially for lessons involving heat, sharp tools, or unfamiliar materials.

If you share your work with Evershade — through comments, community blogs, the student gallery, field trip reports, or the #Eversparks hashtag — you give the School of Evershade permission to display it on the site and in school publications, with credit to you. Evershade may edit submissions for length, decline to publish them, or remove content that is unsafe, unkind, or off-topic.

Evershade links to outside shops and services, including Etsy, Fourthwall, and Lulu. Those sites handle their own transactions, shipping, and policies; the School of Evershade is not responsible for them.

Products, pricing, classroom materials, and site content may change over time.
