Planning happens in your own house commons, in the comments under your house calendar, where your housemates can shape the idea with you. When the plan is ready, send it here.

Nothing is announced until it is approved. Approved events are announced in the Quadrivium, with your house credited as the planners. Please keep personal contact details off the public pages.

One form serves all four houses — the house menu at the top of the form does the sorting. The occasion menu carries the whole Castle Calendar; if your plan is not tied to a holiday, choose “No fixed holiday — my own date” and give the date below it.
