About Headmaster Squirty
Headmaster Squirty McFluffentail is a squirrel, a Kansas native, and the first resident of the castle as far as he is concerned. He lived in the oaks around the ruins long before Evershade was a school, and when the castle began its second life, he took charge of it with the confidence of a squirrel who has never once doubted that he was in charge.
He oversees the school, its faculty, and its scholars, makes his rounds through the castle, and keeps the Archives in what he considers perfect order. He takes the position very seriously.
He also, occasionally, loses his acorns. If you find one hidden somewhere around the castle grounds, it is probably his, and he would prefer it not be discussed.
