Evershade's school events — celebrations, gatherings, seasonal festivities — are planned by the scholars themselves, one House at a time. Here is how it works.
Every event has a host House. The host is the House whose season it is:
Autumn (September–November) — House Occidens, in the Terrace
Winter (December–February) — House Septentrio, in the Aerie
Spring (March–May) — House Oriens, in the Basin
Summer (June–August) — House Meridies, in the Hearth
Ideas begin in the host House's Common Room. Each Common Room keeps a post called "Let's Plan Some Events!" — bring your idea there, and shape it together in the comments: what the event is, when it happens, and what scholars need to take part. You do not have to belong to the host House to help plan; the Common Rooms' doors are not locked. The host House simply leads.
When the plan is settled, the host sends it in on the Plan an Event form → [/plan-an-event], where the occasions are drawn from the Castle Calendar — the festivals, seasons, and sky events the school keeps in the Great Hall.
Once the plan is approved, the event is announced here in the Quadrivium, with a note crediting the House that planned it — and every scholar at Evershade is invited, whichever House did the planning.
